Prestige Model APS920 Remote Car Starter Remote car starter – Renee Saalfield –
I bought two starters car and took them to my local dealer for installation. The installer spent several hours with the installation of the first and could not make it work. After calling the manufacturer's prestige they realized that it was broken … He then instaliert the other, it works great and I am satisfied with the product. The problem now is that the manufacturer PRESTIGE will not stand behind their product, they told me where I bought it back. I tried it back to AJ Wholesale, where itwas acquired, and they took it back slowly, but they are charging me a 20% restocking fee … for a defective product! There must be a lesson here somewhere!
